California to Vote on Definition of Marriage

Well the next step is there for California. Voters will probably turn out in November with record numbers as TV watchers wait to see how the poles will sway. It will make for good TV with suspense until after midnight. What will America think will happen? What about California? How about you? Will people in the great state of California turn out to vote for marriage to be defined as a man and a woman? Lets hope so. Pray and tell all the Californians you know to get out and vote for marriage as a man and a woman. The agenda for homosexuals and those that support their cause are pushing harder than ever before to defeat this law and proposal. They want God out so bad. It is just sickening the direction this country has turned to. They want sin to be acceptable in the name of freedom. The cost of that freedom is death.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

New Blog

Well I decided to create this blog to keep 'Iron Sharpens Iron' spiritually minded. I felt a different tone when I spoke about politics and that took away from sharpening others. I feel strongly enough to have this blog to communicate the stuff I hear that is good or bad for families and/or Christians in the U.S. I want to further what groups such as 'Focus on the Family' and 'Family Research Council' have done. My goal for this blog is "Political Awareness".

James 2:14What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? 15Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. 16If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? 17In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

18But someone will say, "You have faith; I have deeds."
Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do.

19You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.

20You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless? 21Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. 23And the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called God's friend. 24You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone.

25In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction? 26As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

Faith without action is dead, lets put action to our beliefs and save this country from demoralizing itself.
